Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain return shipping label. After receiving a return shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return of exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
