We ship orders via UPS and United States Postal Service depending on the location of the shipment and order placement. Depending on product availability, orders are usually processed for shipment within 1 business day (excludes weekends and holidays). Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. An accurate shipping address is required. Your signature may be required for delivery.
This depends on where you are located. The shipping time to the US is about 7-15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All United States orders over $80 will be including FREE 3-day shipping (excludes U.S. Territories). For orders under $80, the shipping rate varies depending on your shipping address. You may find the final shipping rate on the checkout page.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We will replace your products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via email.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and send us a photo of the damaged goods before filing a claim.
